Website information and service inquiries
Website descriptions provide general information about Syntera Systems products and proposed services. Sending an inquiry, requesting an assessment, scheduling a discussion or exchanging preliminary information does not create an engagement or obligate either party. Service work begins only after Syntera and the customer accept a written statement of work and any required payment conditions are satisfied.
Educational and administrative purpose
Syntera Systems products and services provide educational, administrative, organizational and implementation support. They do not create an attorney-client, CPA-client, fiduciary, investment-adviser, benefits-adviser or other regulated professional relationship.
No individualized professional advice or applicability decision
Products, assessments and services are not individualized legal, tax, investment, payroll, ERISA, HR, criminal-investigation, cybersecurity, incident-response or accounting opinions. Syntera does not decide whether a law, regulation, producer-responsibility program or filing obligation applies to a customer. Customers remain responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice and making those decisions.
Customer authority and responsibilities
The customer retains authority over its entities, products, packaging classifications, factual representations, legal positions, registrations, reports and submissions. The customer and its advisers are responsible for confirming source data and applicability, approving final deliverables, maintaining portal credentials, submitting filings, communicating with agencies or producer-responsibility organizations and paying program, government or third-party fees.
Packaging EPR service boundary
The proposed Packaging EPR Assessment and Packaging EPR Desk are limited administrative-support offerings. They do not include legal applicability opinions, portal access, account creation, registration, filing, submission, payment of fees, agency correspondence or representation before any government body or producer-responsibility organization. Syntera does not accept customer credentials and does not act as the customer's authorized filer.
Assessment scope
The advertised $495 Packaging EPR Assessment is a proposed fixed-price engagement subject to acceptance and the limits, inputs, deliverables, timing and exclusions stated in its written scope. Work outside those limits requires a separate written agreement. An assessment request by itself is not an accepted engagement and does not reserve capacity.
Statements of work, recurring terms and additional fees
A signed statement of work governs each service engagement, including price, scope, customer inputs, deliverables, assumptions, limits, schedule, renewal, recurring billing, cancellation and termination. Reporting-cycle preparation or other out-of-scope work is billed only when and as stated in an accepted statement of work or written change. General website pricing does not override an accepted statement of work.
Data exchange
Ordinary email may be used for high-level inquiries and scheduling, but it must not be used to transmit product source files, packaging data sets, account credentials, confidential employee records, sensitive investigative evidence or other confidential source material. The Packaging EPR offerings are not designed to require consumer personal information, and customers must not provide it. If an accepted engagement requires file exchange, an approved secure upload route and written scope and data-handling terms must be in place before files are requested. This website does not represent that a secure upload route is currently available.
Regulatory change
Rules, agency guidance, forms, instructions, program requirements, portal fields and administrative practices can change. Regulatory products are versioned to a stated date. Service deliverables reflect the sources, customer information and written scope applicable when the work is performed and should be reassessed when governing authority, facts or implementation materials change.
Digital-product license
Unless a product page states otherwise, a digital-product purchase provides a nonexclusive license for the purchaser's own internal business or professional use. Files may be customized for that use but may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, published or offered as a competing template product.
Digital delivery and compatibility
Digital delivery and checkout are handled through Payhip. Purchasers should review the file formats and product boundaries shown on the product page before purchase and are responsible for using software capable of opening those formats. Questions about a missing or damaged file may be sent to brent@synterasystems.com, without attaching confidential source material.
CRA early-access update
The CRA Reporting Readiness & Evidence System is usable now for internal readiness. Its early-access purchase includes one post-launch v1.1 alignment update after production Single Reporting Platform materials are available and Syntera Systems can complete a lawful review. Timing will be announced. This is one included update, not an ongoing update subscription.
Refunds and cancellation
The applicable Payhip product listing and checkout terms govern payment, digital delivery and refund eligibility for digital products. Service payment, refund, recurring-billing and cancellation terms apply only as stated in the signed statement of work. No separate refund guarantee or response-time commitment is created by these website terms.
Responsibility boundary
Implementation decisions, employment actions, reporting decisions, submissions, legal conclusions, tax positions, cybersecurity decisions and investigative conclusions remain the customer's responsibility. Customers must review deliverables for accuracy and completeness before relying on them or using them in any filing or operational decision.
