Website and digital purchases
Syntera Systems does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this static marketing site. Purchases and digital delivery are handled by Payhip under its own checkout, payment and privacy processes.
Contact and preliminary inquiries
If you contact Syntera by email or use a Packaging EPR inquiry form, the contact and high-level business information you provide is used to screen and respond to your inquiry, discuss service availability or provide product support. Form submissions are processed through the website's hosting provider. An inquiry or assessment request does not create an engagement and must contain only the limited information requested—never source files or confidential data.
No source files by ordinary email
Do not send product source files, packaging data sets, Social Security numbers, account credentials, confidential employee records, sensitive investigative evidence or other confidential material by ordinary email. Syntera will not request those files by ordinary email for the proposed Packaging EPR Assessment or Desk.
Packaging EPR data boundary
The proposed Packaging EPR offerings are designed around customer-supplied business, product and packaging information; they are not designed to require consumer personal information. Customers must not provide consumer personal information. Customers are responsible for confirming that they have the right and authority to provide any business information used in an engagement.
File exchange for an accepted service
If Syntera accepts an engagement that requires source files, files may be requested only after a written statement of work and data-handling terms are accepted and an approved secure upload route is identified. This site does not claim that a secure upload route is currently available. The applicable written terms will describe the permitted data, purpose, access, storage, return or deletion expectations and any authorized service providers for that engagement.
Campaign attribution
Campaign pages may retain first-touch campaign tags, the landing-page path, and a random anonymous visit reference in session storage for the current browser tab. These values can accompany internal links, an inquiry or optional email form, and Payhip checkout-link metadata so Syntera can understand the source of a request or verified purchase. The attribution record does not contain your name, email address, payment details, or source records, and a checkout-link click is not proof of purchase.
Optional MoCRA email updates
Ordinary contact, support, inquiry, and assessment forms do not subscribe you to marketing emails. The separate optional MoCRA updates form collects your email address, an optional first name, your explicit checkbox consent, and the campaign-attribution fields described above. The website's hosting provider processes the submission. Syntera may use that consent to send MoCRA evidence, source-change, and related-tool updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting brent@synterasystems.com. The free checklist remains available without submitting the form.
Optional analytics and purchase reporting
If you allow analytics cookies, Syntera uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, campaign sources, resource downloads, and checkout-link interactions. Completed purchases are recorded only when reported by Payhip or another verified payment-side integration; the website does not treat a checkout click as a purchase. The website does not send inquiry- or opt-in-form contents, your name, email address, or source records to Google Analytics.
Optional Google Analytics is off on this website until you choose “Allow analytics.” Your choice is saved on this device for up to six months and can be changed using “Cookie settings” in the footer. The site honors your browser’s Global Privacy Control by keeping optional analytics off. Analytics cookies can identify a browser across visits; advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the website configuration.
Payhip handles checkout and its own cookie preferences. Where you permit analytics there, its integration can send purchase events and transaction details such as order identifiers and amounts to the same Syntera analytics property. Linking the two domains helps associate a purchase with its visit or campaign when cookies are permitted on both. Declined cookies, blockers, and device changes can limit attribution. See Google’s privacy policy and Payhip’s privacy policy.
