Educational and administrative support
Syntera Systems provides educational products and limited administrative and implementation support. It does not provide individualized legal, tax, investment, ERISA, payroll, cybersecurity, incident-response, forensic-accounting or other regulated professional advice.
No applicability determination
Syntera does not determine whether any law, regulation, registration, producer-responsibility program, reporting duty or filing requirement applies to a customer. Customers must make those decisions with qualified advisers and remain responsible for their legal positions, representations and submissions.
Packaging EPR assessment and service boundary
The proposed Packaging EPR Assessment and Packaging EPR Desk organize customer-confirmed facts and support defined administrative workflows. They do not include a legal applicability opinion, registration, portal access, account creation, filing, submission, payment of government or program fees, agency correspondence or representation. The customer retains all authority over classifications, approvals, credentials, communications and final submissions.
Customer-supplied information
Any assessment or service output depends on the completeness and accuracy of information the customer and its advisers provide. Syntera does not independently verify every source fact or guarantee acceptance by an agency or producer-responsibility organization. The customer must review and approve deliverables before using them for decisions or submissions.
No engagement from an inquiry
Website descriptions, emails, assessment requests and preliminary discussions do not create an engagement, reserve capacity or promise a deliverable. Service scope, pricing, data handling, timing, cancellation, recurring terms and any separate reporting-cycle fees are governed only by an accepted written statement of work.
Data-handling boundary
Do not send source files, confidential data, credentials or consumer personal information by ordinary email. The proposed Packaging EPR work is not designed to require consumer personal information. If an accepted engagement requires file exchange, Syntera will identify an approved secure upload route only after written scope and data-handling terms are in place. No currently available secure upload route is represented on this site.
No government affiliation or endorsement
Syntera Systems is an independent publisher and service provider. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Commission, ENISA, any member-state CSIRT, the IRS, Treasury, the Department of Labor, the Environmental Protection Agency, any state environmental or revenue agency, any producer-responsibility organization or any other government body.
CRA product boundary
The CRA Reporting Readiness & Evidence System supports internal ownership, timing, reporting-field preparation, evidence and submission-confirmation records. It does not determine whether the CRA applies, make a binding reportability decision, submit a notification, replace the ENISA Single Reporting Platform, provide cybersecurity engineering or incident response, complete conformity assessment or certify CRA compliance.
