Are Syntera products or services legal or tax advice?
No. They provide educational, administrative and implementation support. Syntera does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and does not decide whether a law or program applies to your business. You remain responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice and making compliance decisions.
What is the Packaging EPR Assessment?
It is a proposed fixed-price, limited-scope review intended to organize customer-confirmed facts, identify administrative gaps and produce the deliverables stated in the applicable written scope. The advertised $495 price applies only to the stated limits and exclusions. It does not include a legal applicability opinion, registration, filing, portal activity, government fees or agency correspondence.
Does requesting an assessment create an engagement?
No. An inquiry or assessment request is only a request to discuss availability and fit. No engagement or service obligation begins unless Syntera and the customer accept a written statement of work and any required payment terms are satisfied.
What would the Packaging EPR Desk do?
If offered under a signed statement of work, the Desk would provide defined administrative support such as maintaining customer-supplied product and packaging records, evidence organization, change tracking and reporting-cycle preparation. Syntera would not determine legal applicability, access customer portals, submit filings, pay fees, correspond with agencies as the customer or make decisions reserved to the customer or its advisers.
Who keeps authority over EPR decisions and submissions?
The customer does. The customer confirms entities, products, packaging facts, jurisdictions, legal positions and final submissions; approves deliverables; maintains portal credentials; submits filings; communicates with agencies; and pays program or government fees. Any service scope may further allocate responsibilities, but it does not transfer the customer's decision-making authority to Syntera.
Can I email source files for an assessment or managed service?
No. Ordinary email should be used only for high-level inquiries and scheduling. Do not send product source files, packaging data sets, consumer personal information, credentials, employee records, investigative evidence or other confidential material by ordinary email. If Syntera accepts an engagement that requires files, the written scope and data-handling terms will identify an approved secure upload route before files are requested. This site does not represent that such a route is currently available.
Does Syntera need consumer personal information?
No. The proposed Packaging EPR work is not designed to require consumer personal information. Customers should not provide it. If a data set contains consumer personal information, remove it before any approved transfer and contact Syntera about the appropriate next step.
How would service pricing, cancellation and reporting-cycle work be handled?
Only a signed statement of work governs service pricing, deliverables, limits, timing, renewal or recurring terms, cancellation and any separate reporting-cycle fees. Website descriptions are general information and do not override an accepted statement of work.
How are digital products delivered?

Are the detailed Trump Account regulations final?
No. The detailed Treasury regulations used in the 2026 Early Access kit are proposed. The kit labels that status and is designed for reassessment when final or superseding guidance is issued.

No. It helps organize an inquiry and evidence. Whether conduct constitutes fraud, a crime, an employment violation or a civil claim can require qualified professional review.
Can I edit the included files?
Yes. The products are designed as working tools and may be customized for the purchaser's internal use subject to the product license.
