PULSE FOUNDRY

Privacy policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

Pulse Foundry is provided by Daulton Group. Contact us about support or privacy at daultongroup@gmail.com.

Pulse Foundry does not require an app account. The app contains no ads or developer-operated analytics and does not access your microphone, location, contacts, photos, or music library. The developer does not collect or transmit your practice data through the app.

Your tempos, accent patterns, settings, saved pulse presets and routines are stored locally in the app's private storage. A locally cached Pro entitlement allows previously verified purchases to remain available offline. App practice data and purchase cache are excluded from Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup. They remain until you delete them, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

You can remove practice data using Settings → Delete local practice data. This retains your cached Pro access. Clear Android app storage or uninstall the app to remove all local app data. Removing local data does not cancel, refund or erase the purchase record held by Google Play.

If you buy the optional lifetime Pro upgrade, Google Play handles the payment and its associated account/payment data. The app receives purchase status, a purchase token, signed purchase information and acknowledgement status to verify, restore and manage Pro access. It queries Google Play to confirm purchase status. The app does not send these records to a developer-operated server. The Google Play Billing SDK may send operational billing diagnostics to Google, such as operation results, error details, app/OS metadata and a billing-client session identifier. Its bundled transport component adds network-state and Internet permissions. Google processes purchase information and billing diagnostics under its own privacy policy and applicable Google Play terms. The app uses Google Play Billing; its operation may involve data handled by Google independently of the developer. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/.

Playback uses Android's audio service, a media notification, audio focus and a partial wake lock to keep the requested pulse playing when the screen is off. Notification permission is optional. These functions do not record sound. The app pauses when another audio source takes focus or headphones disconnect.

There are no developer-operated app accounts or cloud practice records to delete. If you voluntarily contact support by email, your message and email address are processed to answer the inquiry. We retain support emails for up to 12 months after resolving the inquiry, then delete them unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You can request earlier deletion by emailing daultongroup@gmail.com. We may retain information required by law. We do not sell practice data or use it for advertising.

We may update this policy if the app's behavior changes. The policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be updated together when the app starts collecting or sharing additional data.
